Have all crowdfunding machines been shipped? Where is my machine?

All crowdfunding backers from the US who have completed the shipping form confirming their address should have received their machines.

If you live in the US and have not received a machine, please contact us at support@bonaverde.com.  It is possible that we have an outdated email address for you and therefore were not able to successfully email you the shipping confirmation form.

Is with our hearts broken that we say that some European backers and backers from the rest of the world have not got their machines yet. We are sorry for making you wait for so long. We are also sorry for having made deadline promises we couldn't keep. As a startup and naive revolutionaries, we have learned a lot in this journey, we have learned - the hard way - that the path to changing coffee is way more complicated than we thought. But we know that in the path to growth we have to be humble and admit our mistakes and be transparent to our peers. After all we have shared this dream about changing coffee for more than 4 years. 

If you live in Europe and have not received a machine, we will keep you updated about your machine through your registered email address. For the moment, we are sorry to say that due to operational miscalculations and we haven't been able to fulfil all EU orders. Unfortunately, we don't currently have machines in our stock in the EU specifications and voltage and cannot promise any delivery date yet.

If you do not live in the US or Europe we may not have been able to send your machine. Unfortunately, due to operational constraints and complexity, we could not get our machines certified under official approbation laws outside the US and EU, and thus are forbidden from sending products to other markets. But we are working on this by opening new distributors worldwide. Our distribution system is growing fast, with more distributors around the world signing on every day! Still, getting things up and running is going to take time. If you’re willing to wait just a little longer until distribution is up and running in your country, we’d be happy to send you a machine as soon as that happens.

One more time, sorry and we are working had to get your machines to you as soon as we can! WE are also setting up a website that you can track the updates by yourself.

    After several messages to support@bonaverde.com I was sent a link to the refund application form (https://bonaverdecoffee.typeform.com/to/n5G8WB). Despite filling this out multiple times, all it resulted in was a sustained silence. The form completes by saying that there is no more action required on your part and the refund will follow, but there is no acknowledgement of receipt by Bonaverde or timeline for refund. After several follow ups, I got sent the refund form again. Followed by more silence. 

    I feel like it was a stalling tactic than an actual formalized and actionable refund process. 

    Refund me $300 via paypal at mindbox@gmail.com. I am kickstarter 2197 of the same address.
