How do I connect the machine to the Internet? Is there an app?

When you plug in your Bonaverde Berlin, the SIM card inside automatically connects to the available cellular network (it operates on 3G).  The is no cost to you for this connection.

We have released an alpha version of our Coffee Concierge that will allow you to connect your phone to the machine.  This feature, which runs on Facebook Messenger and can be found at concierge.bonaverde.com on your phone or computer.

Say "hello" and you will be prompted for some information. The Coffee Concierge connects to Facebook Messenger using the machine's unique IMEI number (International Mobile Equipment Identity), a 15 digit number which for the Berlin usually starts with 35704 and is found on the bottom of your machine along with the serial number.
